To become angry is a natural human response… but it can make us blind to truth and close off pathways toward resolution. So while ANGER is not necessarily an evil response at first, it is a response that drives out love and like all other deadly sins, pushes God to the side.
We tend to think of sin as something we do… As our prayer in the mass says though, it is also in what we fail to do… this is where sloth comes in. With the sin of sloth… think about it this way, we are the teenager on the couch and God is parent asking us to clean our room.
