The ONE INITIATIVE is Faith and Real Life Ministry’s bold, five-year plan to respond to the spiritual crisis facing our Church. Every day, more people feel forgotten, disconnected, or unsure of where they belong. Many will never walk into a church building again. That’s why we’re going out to them!

We wake up each day with one clear mission: to share the love of Jesus with both those in the pews and those who’ve quietly slipped away.
