“To assimilate through the mind or senses”, - " to act as a receptacle or container for”
I love this definition, surprised at how accurate it describes the movement
of God’s love for me.
It has been there since day one, it’s just that some days my container was too full of worldly
things to receive the graces He wished to share with me. He didn’t mind; He was patient. He waited until I made room for Him.
Nowadays, I pray that He increases my CAPACITY!
I never question His desire to share, I just marvel at all that I receive and witness. wanting
more is an understatement of my desire.
“From His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. The law indeed
Was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” (John 1: 16-17)
Abba, stretch me, transform me, lead me, fill me and let your graces flow from me!
